Daniel G. Vincelette has represented over 50 municipalities, school districts
and corporations in courts throughout New York State. He is the attorney of
record in numerous reported court decisions involving the valuation of resort
hotels, condominiums, factories, mines, nursing homes, apartment buildings,
shopping malls, office buildings and utility properties, as well as exemption
issues involving not-for-profit corporations. He represents many
municipalities in equalization rate and segment rate matters before the New
York State Board of Real Property Services. He has also represented
municipalities in the tax foreclosure process.

He is the author of the chapter “Small Claims Assessment Review” in the latest edition of the
book “Review and Reduction of Real Property Assessments in New York” published by the
New York State Bar Association. He is an instructor for the Institute of Assessing Officers,
and he has presented numerous seminars for the New York State Assessors Association, the
New York State Association of Towns and for the New York Conference of Mayors. He is
the instructor for the annual Board of Assessment Review training sessions held in Saratoga,
Schenectady, Schoharie and Ulster counties. Mr. Vincelette is also one of the instructors
for the training sessions for Small Claims Assessment Review hearing officers sponsored by
the New York Judicial Institute.
Mr. Vincelette is a member of the New York State Assessors' Association. He is a member
of the American Bar Association, the New York State Bar Association, and the Albany and
Rensselaer County Bar Associations. He is a graduate of Fordham University and Albany
Law School, and is the former sports editor of the Greenwich Time newspaper in
Connecticut.

Meghan earned her Juris Doctorate from Vermont Law School in 2008. During law school,
she was an active member of Vermont Law’s Negotiation and Client Counseling Team and
she also served as Parliamentarian for the Student Bar Association. Meghan was an active
member in Vermont Law’s Environmental Law Society, and she served as a Conference
Representative for the Vermont Law Women’s Law Group in the National Association of
Environmental Law Societies’ Annual Conference. Meghan held clerkships with several law
firms and state agencies, including the New York Attorney General’s Office in the
Environmental Protection Bureau. Meghan also previously held a position with the New York
State Assembly for Assemblymember Kevin Cahill.
In addition to her Juris Doctorate, Meghan graduated with honors from Siena College, and
holds a B.A. in Political Science and Spanish.
Meghan is a member of the New York State Bar Association, the Albany County Bar
Association, the American Bar Association and the law fraternity of Phi Alpha Delta, in
which she previously served as Vice-Justice for the Vermont Law Chapter. She is admitted
to practice in all New York State courts, as well as in the Federal Court for the Northern
District of New York.
In her free time, Meghan enjoys playing rugby with the Saratoga Women’s Rugby Football
Club, the Saratoga Stallions.
